Deluxe: 14 rooms, 28m2. Suite: 3 rooms, each suite consists of 2 rooms. A bed room and a separate sitting room connected by a door way. In room free usage of computer. 3/Restaurants and other facilities Focus Restaurant: is a large, atmospheric restaurant featuring simple and authentic Vietnamese and Western cuisine offered from one menu while seated anywhere in the restaurant. Wide selection of imported meats prepared Western style whilst the finest local and imported seafood will be prepared in Vietnamese or Western style. Other facilities: business center. 4/Packages and Rates The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT  No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents (inclusive of Buffet Breakfast)Add US$10 per extra bed. Maximum one extra bed in one room, except the Deluxe room. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon. Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability. Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows: Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room) Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
