The hotel has 306 deluxe rooms, 68 of which are elegantly decorated Executive Suites. All our rooms and suites are furnished with full-length windows, air-conditioning, large working desk with executive chairs, IDD telephone and fax line, spare connection line, Wireless Broadband Internet outlets and power points for your computer, voice mail and message light, alarm clock, remote controlled colour satellite television, in room safe, bathroom with bathtub and shower, bathrobe and slippers, hair-dryer, well stocked mini bar and refrigerator and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, local English newspaper.
Deluxe: 238 rooms on regular or Royal Executive floors; 30m2
Executive Suite: 66 suites comprising a bedroom and living room with comfortable sofas, guest toilet, make-up mirror and weight scale, floor to ceiling, 68 m2. 
Executives floor: The Royal Service Executive floors are located on Level 17 to 22. If you stay at the Royal Level, you will be entitled to express check-in/out on the 20th floor, with a welcome drink on arrival. Full Buffet breakfast with show kitchen; afternoon tea, evening snacks and a 2-hour open Bar from 17:30-19:30 hrs. Express laundry and dry cleaning service at regular rate.

El Patio Restaurant offers an exciting dining experience with its innovative menu blending International, Asian and Vietnamese cuisines. The Lotus Restaurant features an impressive array of Tkai-Teockow Chinese dishes that are sure to stimulate one's taste buds. Its private rooms are ideal for private dining. Unwind after a hectic day at the Melia Deli or Lobby Lounge, oozing with comfortable but classic ambience and providing a perfect place for guests to relax. Cocktail drinks and food, as well as hot beverages are available at the bar with live entertainment nightly.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents (inclusive of Buffet Breakfast)
Add US$40 per extra bed for Deluxe room and US$55 per extra bed for Royal Deluxe room up. Maximum one extra bed in one room.
Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
