Hanoi Hotel has 2 wings – City and Lake Wing - featuring 218 rooms and suites. All are facilitated with air-conditioning, Multi-channels Satellite TV, in-room safety-box, IDD phone, hair dryer, safe box, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities.
Standard city wing: 135 rooms, 20m2, full-length windows with city view. Superior city wing: 31 rooms, full – length windows with city view. Executive Suite city wing: 31 rooms, with city view. Standard lake wing: 135 rooms, 24m2, offer lake view. Superior lake wing: 31 rooms, 32m2, offer lake view. Executive Suite lake wing: 31 rooms.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents (inclusive of Buffet Breakfast)

Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
