Room facilities are air Conditioning, IDD phone, Satellite Television, Private Bathroom with bathtub and Shower, Private Safe Deposit Box, Hair Dryer, Refrigerator, Mini bar, Coffee and Tea Making Facilities, babysitting Service, Laundry and Dry-cleaning. Standard: 26 rooms, 14m2, window with back view. Superior: 8 rooms, 16m2, window with front view. Deluxe: 8 rooms.
3/Restaurants and other facilities Eden restaurant serves varieties of food, snack and beverage, especially the Vietnamese and Cantonese food.

4/Packages and Rates
The rates quoted are in US$, inclusive of breakfast, 5% service charge and 10% VAT
No extra charge for children under 12 when sharing beds with parents (inclusive of Buffet Breakfast)
Add US$10 per extra bed. Maximum one extra bed in one room, except the Deluxe room. Check in time is from 2:00pm and check out ime is at 12:00 noon.
Early check in before 8am is at full charge (maximum for 2 pax with buffet breakfast) and after 8am is subject to the availability.
Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
Check out until 17:30 – 50% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
Check out after 17:30 – 100% of room rate (maximum of 2 pax with linen and amenities in room)
